Base pay range

$65,000.00/yr - $85,000.00/yr

Backed by Mosaic Ventures and Lennar, the country’s largest homebuilder, we’re scaling fast and looking for an exceptional Administrative Assistant to support our day-to-day office operations and team needs. This is a highly collaborative role that touches many parts of the organization, from managing office logistics to supporting our social media presence.

What You'll Do

  • Help with scheduling team-wide meetings, coordinating travel, and managing internal documentation
  • Support ad hoc tasks for different departments to help keep things moving
  • Manage office supply inventory and place orders as needed
  • Handle incoming mail and deliveries
  • Liaise with building management or vendors for any maintenance issues
  • Help coordinate company events, team gatherings, and visitor logistics
  • Assist with creating or coordinating light social media content
  • Help brainstorm ideas for fun, engaging internal and external content


Who You Are

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 2–4 years of experience in an administrative or office support role
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • A flexible, “no task too small” attitude
  • Great written and verbal communication
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Experience with social media platforms
