Majesco is seeking a motivated and driven person who is eager to launch their career as an Administrative Assistant to our Corporate Team. We need a self-starter who is enthusiastic, eager to learn, and ready to start building their career. This is a non-exempt, remote-first position and requires the successful candidate to be located within commuting distance of our Morristown, New Jersey, office.


This position is responsible to perform basic, professional and administrative support to members of the Executive Leadership Team (ELT). The position will report to the Executive Assistant to the CEO. Work is often done without established procedures. Contacts are frequent within and outside of the company and involve obtaining or providing information on matters of some importance to the company and may be of a sensitive nature.


Key Responsibilities



  • Calendar Management - Schedule meetings, conference calls, video conferences with employees, candidates, customers, and business partners over multiple time zones.

  • Organize multiple schedules; ensure topics are clear to attendees. Control sensitive information as needed.

  • Expense Reporting - Keep track of receipts to be accurately entered into the company system; submit claims for MLT, guests and/or candidates, and follow up for payment.

  • Coordinate and arrange all domestic and international travel, including air, hotel, car rental, etc

  • Arrange for visas and/or passport renewals with required documentation.

  • Plan executive meetings and events, including coordinating with other internal departments and external vendors.

  • Attend designated conferences and meetings.

  • Answer questions and furnish information to keep the executive's time free of minor detail work.

  • Compose and edit correspondence on behalf of the executive.

  • Schedule appointments and coordinate arrangements for meetings ensuring the executive meets the commitments.

  • Gather data from a variety of sources and perform independent research to prepare for special projects as required.

  • Interpret and relay company policy information; keeps executive informed of any deviation on items that may require personal attention and approval.

  • Act as a liaison between groups under the responsibility of the executive.

  • Distribute workload and provide feedback as appropriate to other support staff.

  • Handle confidential material relevant to company operations.

  • Prepare information for senior management meetings.

  • May participate in interviewing other administrative staff.


Business Travel & Physical Demands




* Business travel of approximately 5% or less per year, at the discretion of manager

* Remote work environment, occasional visits to the Morristown office
