Job summary

Renewal by Andersen, the leading window replacement company in the U.S., is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support the Operations team with a range of administrative and coordination tasks, ensuring smooth project flow.

The ideal candidate is organized, self-motivated, and comfortable handling multiple priorities; you will work closely with Sales, Installers, and internal teams, manage documentation, and help keep processes running efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day Operations activities while communicating effectively with Sales, Installers, and internal teams.
• Verify, collect, and process all required 1099 installer documentation, invoices, receipts, and reimbursement requests.
• Review post-sale contracts for accuracy, update information in rForce and Enabled, and resolve discrepancies as needed.
• Coordinate HOA, HARB, permit, insurance, and municipal requirements across assigned territories.
• Assist Operations Managers with reporting, data organization, and cross-training on additional administrative functions.

Overview:

The Administrative Assistant supports the Operations team with a variety of administrative and coordination tasks. This role works closely with multiple departments, manages detailed documentation, and helps keep processes running smoothly. The ideal candidate is organized, self‑motivated, and comfortable handling multiple priorities.

Additional duties include:

• Support day‑to‑day Operations activities while communicating effectively with Sales, Installers, and internal teams
