  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.

This position plays a critical role in ensuring day-to-day administrative functions run smoothly while assisting project teams, department leaders, and internal stakeholders across the organization.

Responsibilities
