IES Residential is seeking an Administrative Assistant. The candidate must have a minimum of one year receptionist experience with a multiline phone. Applicants should have above average office skills including Word and Excel, demonstrated ability working with customers and high attention to detail. Receptionist will also be responsible for processing ingoing and outgoing mail, as well as other data entry duties as assigned. Electrical contracting and construction knowledge a plus but required
