We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented individual to join our team in a fast-paced office setting!
As Administrator Assistant/Customer Service, you will:
prepare and issue customer quotes
process and manage customer orders
source, order and track inventory parts required for operations
coordinate and dispatch with technicians incoming service calls
manage correspondence of emails from technicians
complete all bid paperwork with quotes, orders and service
Proficiency in QuickBooks, Salesforce, Outlook and keyboarding
Comfortable working collaboratively in an open office environment
Company Benefits we offer:
$16.00 - $19.00/hr based on experience
Full-time
Mon-Fri
8:30 am - 5 pm in our Lake Geneva WI office
