The Administrative Assistant reports to the Executive Assistant who supports the EVP & Chief Financial Officer, EVP & Chief Operating Officer, and four Senior Vice Presidents.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND ESSENTIAL DUTIES
- Maintain a high level of discretion with confidential information and sensitive materials.
- Manage a flexible, adaptive schedule to meet deadlines, including starting early or staying late as needed.
- Provide general administrative support, including heavy calendaring of complex schedules, use of Microsoft Teams, monitoring and scheduling of meetings and conferences, and expense reporting.
- Answer, screen, and transfer calls professionally and transcribe messages as required.
- Arrange domestic and international travel itineraries and agendas.
- Communicate effectively, professionally, and with integrity across key business clients within the organization at all levels.
- Coordinate catering, room preparation, and meeting set‑ups.
- Edit, print, scan, and bind documents with high attention to detail.
- Open, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence.
- Act with good judgment and as a team player to build relationships across all departments and levels.
- Perform additional tasks as they arise or as the scope of the job changes with business demands.

- Strong knowledge of MS Office applications and a strong attention to detail.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree, or relevant certification(s), preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of five (5) years of administrative support experience; supporting a VP or higher is preferable but not required. Energy industry experience is a plus.

WORK CONDITIONS
- Job performed in a typical office environment, subject to time pressures and constraints.
- Business requirements may necessitate work from home, after normal hours, or on weekends.
- Business requirements may include periodic travel, including to operating facilities or facilities under construction.
- Subject to drug and alcohol testing as per applicable federal regulations or required by Cheniere.
