Acelero Learning is seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to provide essential administrative and operational support to the Center Director and Early Head Start program. In this role, you will help ensure the center operates efficiently by managing day-to-day administrative functions, maintaining accurate records, supporting families and staff, and coordinating important center communications and activities.

As an Administrative Assistant , you will serve as an important point of contact for the center, providing administrative support to the Center Director, staff, families, and visitors. You will manage daily clerical responsibilities, coordinate records and reports, support fiscal and operational processes, maintain office supplies and systems, and help ensure information is communicated accurately and efficiently.

Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate information clearly and professionally.
High school diploma required.
Associate's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
Previous experience in an office, administrative, clerical, or customer service environment.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Computer proficiency, including Google Workspace, spreadsheets, basic data management systems, email, internet navigation, and standard office equipment.
Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly in a dynamic environment.
Ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds and collaborate with staff across different service areas.
Bilingual Spanish/English preferred.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Ability to travel locally or long-distance up to 10% for work-related meetings, training, and events.
