FHCHS of PR, Inc. is seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide direct administrative support to the CEO, ensuring efficient management of schedules, communications, and priorities. The role requires confidentiality, discretion, and professional judgment as a liaison between the CEO, employees, and external clients.

The candidate will assist with meeting coordination, minutes, and follow-up on commitments, contributing to policy optimization and operational efficiency within the organization.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university, preferably in office administration.
  • Two or more years of experience in the health field preferred.
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Office; bilingual required.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; excellent interpersonal relationships.
  • Ability to work well under pressure with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

The Administrative Assistant provides direct administrative and organizational support to the CEO, ensuring the efficient management of the CEO's schedule, communications, and daily priorities. This role requires a high level of confidentiality, discretion, professional judgment, and the ability to handle sensitive information, as well as excellent organizational and communication skills. The person in this position acts as a key liaison between the CEO and internal employees as well as external clients, facilitating meeting coordination and minutes, follow-up on commitments, and the effective execution of administrative and operational tasks. In addition, this role contributes to the optimization of administrative policies, processes, supporting decision-making and the achievement of the organization’s strategic objective.

Job Duties/Responsibilities:
  1. Provide administrative support to the CEO and COO.
