The ideal candidate will have a 2-year business degree with 4+ years of related experience, strong MS Office skills, and excellent editing abilities. A valid driver's license and detail orientation are required; construction/engineering
Bolton & Menk has a great opportunity for an Administrative Assistant to join our team in our Grand Rapidsoffice. We are looking for an enthusiastic assistant who can anticipate needs and work on a wide variety of administrative and project support services for our multidisciplinary team. This is a jack-of-all-trades position with an emphasis on receptionist duties, clerical support, shipping and receiving, event planning and scheduling. This role also provides project specific support related to client calendars, project manuals, project bidding, project permitting, PIFs, reports, etc.

$37,500 - $65,000 depending on years of experience and credentials
Bolton & Menk is providing the compensation range that the company in good faith believes it might pay and offer for this position, based on the successful applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities in addition to specific geographic location.
