Base pay range

$16.00/hr - $17.00/hr

Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Assistant located in Fort Worth, TX. This role would be responsible for handling phone calls with proper etiquette, communicating effectively, assisting various staff members with a variety of projects/jobs, and utilizing clerical skills in daily tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers and guests promptly upon their arrival at the office.
  • Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office efficiently.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls with professionalism.
  • Maintain a tidy workspace.
  • Execute other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning.
  • Provide indispensable administrative support to the sales staff, including processing sales orders.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience as an Administrative Assist, Front Office Representative, or similar role, with preference given to those with a background in the manufacturing industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and preference given to those with Quick Books Experience,
  • Familiarity with standard office equipment (e.g., phones, computers and printers).
  • Professional demeanor with employees, customers and vendors, including written and verbal communication skills.
  • Preference given for experience with processing shipping and handling (including LTL)
  • The ability to multitask efficiently with a focus on prioritizing tasks.
  • Robust organizational skills combined with acute attention to detail.
