This full-time, in-office position is responsible for creating a professional and welcoming experience for employees, clients, and visitors while supporting office operations, meeting coordination, employee communications, and administrative activities for leadership and business groups. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to successfully manage multiple priorities in a dynamic office environment while delivering exceptional customer service and support.
