DeBra-Kuempel, a Columbus-based contractor, seeks an Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive admin and billing support to a Project Manager. You will communicate with customers and internal teams, manage documents, and help keep projects on schedule.
The role requires strong multitasking, punctuality, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced office environment. Experience in construction or mechanical contracting is a plus.
We are a mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP); building automation; and industrial piping contractor. Our team offers a variety of MEP and process piping services, including design-build engineering for new construction and renovation, installation and specialty construction, maintenance, and air balancing, start-up, and energy efficiency services.
DeBra-Kuempel is seeking to fill an Administrative Assistant position. This position will be responsible for providing strong administrative support and billing support to a Project Manager, as well as efficiently communicating with and supporting the needs of our customers. The right person will have a strong ability to multi-task, organize, be punctual and dependable, and perform independently as needed.
