Job summary

CFG Health Systems, LLC is seeking an Administrative Assistant / Medical Office Coordinator to provide comprehensive administrative support within a healthcare unit. The role ensures efficient office operations, accurate documentation and professional coordination among healthcare staff, administration and correctional personnel while maintaining strict confidentiality.

Responsibilities include processing correspondence, preparing letters and reports, distributing minutes, compiling payroll

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Ability to type at least 60 words per minute.
  • Ability to pass all required background and security screenings.
  • Familiarity with dictation, transcription and copying equipment.

Responsibilities

  • Process incoming and outgoing correspondence in a timely and organized manner.
  • Prepare letters, memoranda, reports and other written materials as directed.
  • Distribute meeting minutes and action item lists to committees and staff.
  • Accurately compile, prepare and maintain clinical, operational and administrative reports.
  • Prepare payroll documentation for exempt, non-exempt and contracted employees as required.
  • Schedule meetings, appointments and work assignments to meet deadlines.
  • Maintain and update departmental calendars to reflect activities.
  • Communicate professionally with staff and stakeholders, maintaining confidentiality.
  • Support change initiatives and participate in required trainings.
