This full-time, in-person role supports front office operations and assists our Residential Treatment facility and Outpatient/Administrative Offices by monitoring access and maintaining a safe, welcoming environment.

You will triage calls, assist with onboarding and admissions, maintain records in the EHR, help with insurance and Medicaid billing communications, and manage office supplies.

Qualifications

  • Strong written and verbal communications skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and accurate attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word/Excel/Outlook).
  • Associates or Bachelor’s Degree preferred, but not required.
  • 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced office environment (advantage).

Responsibilities

  • Triage calls and general inquiries, directing to the right staff.
  • Assist with new employee onboarding and client admissions.
  • Support staff in using essential office tools and equipment.
  • Order and organize office supplies for teams across the agency.
  • Maintain client records and data entry for referrals/intakes in the EHR.

Job description

Lund is looking for a welcoming, dependable, and organized person to join our team as an Administrative Assistant and be that first point of contact for clients, staff, and visitors. The Administrative Assistant manages our front office operations, including supporting our Residential Treatment facility and Outpatient/Administrative Offices by monitoring access to the building, following door security protocols, and helping maintain a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for all. In this role, you will help ensure that everyone who comes through our doors—whether in person or by phone—feels supported.

This role involves triaging calls and general inquiries, and making sure messages and needs reach the right people quickly. This position supports new employee onboarding, helps with Residential client admissions, and assists staff in using essential office tools and equipment. The Administrative Assistant also takes the lead on ordering and organizing office supplies to make sure teams across the agency have what they need. In addition to this work, this role provides administrative support for program operations, including client admissions and discharges, data entry for referrals and intakes, maintaining records in the EHR, and supporting insurance/Medicaid eligibility and billing-related communication, including follow-up on outstanding balances and escalation of complex issues as needed.

What You Will Bring:
  • Associates or Bachelor’s Degree preferred, but not required.
  • At least 2 years’ experience working in a fast-paced office environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Excellent organizational skills and accurate attention to detail.
