Lund seeks an Overnight Residential Counselor to provide essential parenting and life skills support in our therapeutic living community. As part of a team of Residential Counselors, this role guides residents in their daily routines, helping them develop life skills, socialization techniques, and personal responsibility while maintaining a structured and supportive environment.
Residential Counselors, are positive role models, offering mentorship and encouragement while implementing individualized treatment plans. They monitor resident progress, provide crisis intervention, and help create a safe, nurturing space where residents can thrive. This role will include setting clear and consistent boundaries, supervising daily schedules, assisting with household responsibilities, and supporting personal hygiene and self-care routines. Additionally, they collaborate with the treatment team to report on progress and challenges, ensuring each resident receives the care they need.

The pay rate is $24/hour. The shift differential for this overnight position is $2.50/hour.
The successful completion of a background and driving checks is a condition of employment.
