Staffmark is hiring a dedicated Administrative Assistant in Atlanta, GA to support daily operations and help keep the wheels of a fast-paced, production-driven facility turning smoothly. Pay & Schedule


Pay Rate: $22/hour


Shift: Monday-Friday | Start between 7:00 AM-8:00 AM


Hours: 32-40 hours per week


Employment Type: Temporary position



What You'll Be Doing



  • Coordinate safety training in compliance with OSHA and internal standards

  • Maintain accurate training records and documentation

  • Schedule onboarding and ongoing training for plant associates

  • Support the creation, tracking, and updating of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

  • Conduct and maintain knowledge checks and skills assessments

  • Collaborate with safety personnel to ensure training initiatives align with company policies

  • Assist in managing employee performance information and training goals

  • Follow all safety, quality, and operational protocols
