Job Description

The College of Architecture, Arts, and Design is seeking a proactive, highly organized administrative professional to provide high-level administrative support to all six members of the college’s advancement team, including direct support for the Assistant Dean of Advancement. In this role, you will act as a primary operational coordinator—managing multiple complex calendars, handling travel and expense logistics, coordinating office operations, and executing high-priority stakeholder communications. You will also provide logistical assistance with events and coordinate visits for special guests, advisory board members, and major donors. This position is also instrumental in executing the college’s stewardship efforts. This is an ideal role for an experienced administrative professional looking for a dynamic position within higher education advancement.

Additional Information

This position may be eligible for a hybrid work arrangement (up to 1 day of telework per week) following a fully onsite onboarding period to support successful training and transition.
