The Prince George’s County Office of the State's Attorney is currently seeking qualified applicants to fill an Administrative Aide 1gradeG13position, in the Youth Justice Division.

This is an entry level position that handles and coordinates a variety of complex administrative functions and activities within an assigned Unit. Prepares letters, memorandums, reports, labels, envelopes, subpoenas, motions, court orders, petitions, writs and other legal documents from case files, handwritten copy and verbal instructions from assigned Assistant State's Attorneys. Prepares subpoenas for witnesses and police officers for court hearings in accordance with established procedures.

Candidates deemed as meeting the minimum qualifications will be invited to complete and pass an online Administrative Aide examination. Applicants who have previously taken and passed the exam on or after 8/1/2024 will not be required to re-test. Previous passing test scores will be applied.
