BlueLinx Corporation in Nashville is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, drive accurate inventory management, and maintain rigorous safety standards. You will lead a team, coach performance, and implement process improvements to enhance delivery and handling efficiency.

The role requires 4+ years in warehousing logistics with supervisory exposure, proficiency in MS Office, and knowledge of safety compliance.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of logistics experience in a warehousing environment (1+ year of supervisory experience preferred).
• Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and safety compliance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant logistics tools.
• Experience with Lean/Six Sigma and project management (a plus!).

• Lead and supervise warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory, storage, and shipping.
• Ensure error-free order fulfillment, inventory accuracy, and compliance with safety regulations.
• Motivate and coach a team to meet productivity and performance goals.
• Drive continuous improvement in delivery and material handling processes.
• Manage maintenance of warehouse equipment, fleet, and facilities.
• Develop and uphold safety programs, adhering to OSHA and DOT regulations.

The salary range provided is a good faith estimate based on the position requirements and market data. Actual compensation will depend on factors including experience, qualifications, skills, geographic location, and other job-related considerations.
