BlueLinx is seeking a motivated Warehouse Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations, ensure quality control, and maintain safety standards. This role rewards a results-driven leader who excels at optimizing workflows, managing inventory, and building a high-performing team.

You will lead receiving, storage, and shipping, drive accuracy and on-time fulfillment, coach staff, and implement Lean/Six Sigma practices to improve delivery and material handling.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of logistics experience in warehousing.
• 1+ year of supervisory experience preferred.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and safety compliance.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and logistics tools.
• Experience with Lean/Six Sigma and project management (a plus).

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and shipping.
• Ensure error-free order fulfillment, inventory accuracy, and compliance with safety regulations.
• Motivate and coach a team to meet productivity and performance goals.
• Drive continuous improvement in delivery and material handling processes.

The salary range provided is a good faith estimate based on the position requirements and market data. Actual compensation will depend on factors including experience, qualifications, skills, geographic location, and other job-related considerations.
