Job summary

BlueLinx is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor in Fort Worth, TX to oversee day-to-day warehouse operations on the 2nd shift. You will manage receiving, storage, and shipping, ensure inventory accuracy, and maintain safety standards under OSHA and DOT guidelines.

You will coach a high-performing team, drive continuous improvement, and oversee equipment upkeep. The role requires 4+ years logistics experience with supervisory preference and proficiency in MS Office and logistics tools.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of logistics experience in warehousing.
• 1+ year of supervisory experience preferred.
• Knowledge of safety regulations (OSHA/DOT).
• Proficiency with office software and logistics tools.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and supervise warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and shipping
• Ensure error-free order fulfillment, inventory accuracy, and compliance with safety regulations
• Motivate and coach a team to meet productivity and performance goals
• Drive continuous improvement in delivery and material handling processes
• Manage maintenance of warehouse equipment, fleet, and facilities
• Develop and uphold safety programs, adhering to OSHA and DOT regulations

What We’re Looking For:

• 4+ years of logistics experience in a warehousing environment (1+ year of supervisory experience preferred)
• Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and safety compliance
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant logistics tools
• Experience with Lean/Six Sigma and project management (a plus!)

The salary range provided is a good faith estimate based on the position requirements and market data. Actual compensation will depend on factors including experience, qualifications, skills, geographic location, and other job-related considerations.
