Job description

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Accounting Support
  • Bookkeeping of invoices
  • Bookkeeping of bank statements
  • Excel reconciliation
  • Administration tasks (copying, scanning, filing, updating records etc.)
  • Assist with HR matters (keep records of employees annual leaves, trainings etc.)
  • Liaise with office suppliers and other associates
  • Organize, keep track and replenish office and stationery supplies on time
  • Deal with phone calls and incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
  • Prepare board meeting room and greet associates
  • Communicate with clients and Authorities
  • Prepare reports and letters to clients and Authorities
  • Other administration tasks of the office as provide by line manager.
  • Communicate with local and international banks; complete forms and prepare documents for submission to banks

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • Previous experience will be considered an advantage
  • Computer literate (Microsoft Office Packages)
  • Fluency in Greek and English
  • Professional attitude and excellent organizational skills
  • Pleasant personality with excellent communication abilities
  • Highly ethical, trustworthy, reliable and team player
