California Autism Center (CAC) is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead administrative functions at our treatment centers. Based in our administration office, you will oversee daily office operations, facility management, and support staff, reporting to the Director of Operations.
You will travel between centers, supervise office managers, coordinate scheduling, billing, HR, and vendor relations, and drive crisis management and quality standards to ensure safe, efficient operations.
At California Autism Center (CAC), we help our clients get school-ready through in-clinic behavioral services that prioritize each child’s safety and dignity. Through one-on-one, hands-on learning, our clinicians build trust with each child by providing personalized support and acceptance.

CAC is a locally owned and operated ABA service provider in the heart of the Central Valley. We currently have 6 Treatment Centers in Fresno, Merced, and Visalia. We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Operations Manager to lead administrative functions at our treatment centers. As the backbone of our operational success, the Operations Manager will oversee daily office operations, facility management, and support staff, ensuring the smooth running of our centers. The ideal candidate will have exceptional organizational skills, leadership experience, and the ability to handle crisis situations effectively.
This full-time role is based in our administration office, reporting directly to the Director of Operations. Office Managers at each treatment center will report to you, and regular travel between centers is required.
Full compensation package are based on candidate experience and certifications.
$70,000 - $85,000 USD
