Qualifications

Responsibilities

The Role

As our Office Manager, you'll be the heartbeat of our treatment center. You will provide high-level support ensuring our clinicians can excel in their roles. This isn't just about managing day-to-day operations; it's about being a catalyst for efficiency, growth, and positive change.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and inspire your administrative team, ensuring top-notch support in employee/client relations, vendor communication, billing, payroll, and reporting.
  • Champion our company values, creating an environment where positivity and teamwork are not just encouraged but lived.
  • Collaborate closely with the Treatment Center Director, playing a pivotal role in facilitating seamless clinical operations.
  • Master the art of juggling – from tracking important data to maintaining meticulous records and rosters, your role is pivotal in keeping us organized and proactive.
  • Be the linchpin between our treatment center and the administrative office, ensuring fluid communication and effective problem-solving.
  • Manage and maintain schedules for clients and staff.
  • Coordinate client appointments, staff shifts, and coverage for planned and unplanned absences.
  • Assist in hiring, training, and supervising office support staff.
What You Bring:
  • A minimum of 2 years in a supervisory role; office management experience is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related fields preferred.
  • A flair for active listening, problem-solving, and delivering stellar customer service.
  • Superb interpersonal skills, comfortable working with diverse individuals at all levels.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A strong work ethic, team player attitude, and an ability to multitask effortlessly.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with practice management software.

Full compensation package are based on candidate experience and certifications.

$22 - $30 USD
