Schedules billeting for Soldiers performing IDT, AT, ATFP’s or TDY. Make billeting reservations LAW LA Reg 210-50-2 for Soldiers performing duty at GWLC. Also schedules billeting for personnel that may need hotel accommodations during Conferences. Maintenances courteous and professional customer service attitude always with customers and/or co-workers. Completes reservations, check-ins, check-outs, weekly key inventories and daily linen inventories. Assigns Soldiers to billeting commensurate to run and duty position. Takes reservations in a timely and efficient manner, using appropriate customer service practices with a 95% accuracy rate. Complete weekly billeting report and maintain a 98% accuracy rate of accountability. Provides housekeeping personnel with daily cleaning reports and update information when necessary for early departures. Works closely with Housekeeping and Facility Engineers to ensure BOQ/BEQ facilities are safe, clean and in good working condition. Processes payments to GWLC Fiscal Officer. Conducts safety meeting and building inspections as the department Safety Officer. Clerk performs Hotel and office inventories and orders supplies when necessary. Must have the ability to communicate orally and in writing. May be required to work an irregular work shift, which may include weekends and holidays. Must maintain and wear all safety-related equipment and/or report any safety violations or deficiencies. Must use energy conservation measures and ensure these measures are taken daily before leaving the job site. Maintain accountability of all equipment and ensure data cards are up to date. Must inform supervisor of any telephone and address changes. Completion of SHARP training and fosters Sexual Harassment free environment. Completion of Ethics and Suicide Prevention training. Guides potential groups that wish to lease portions of GWLC which increase self-generating revenue. Tracks all safety and maintenance issues in housing to completion. Ensure all revenue is balanced with Fiscal Office concerning contracted or individual reservations. Informs residents of change to installation policies and activities. Perform other duties as assigned.
General knowledge of formats, forms, typing policies and terminology of the activities for which the work is done; and knowledge of grammar, spelling, capitalizations and punctuation. Ability to effectively communicate orally and in writing. Complies and proofs all LSS Documentation as it relates to billeting and housing of soldiers during an all-Hazard event. Services as Liaison to external organizations and groups. Develops punch list on vacant housing structures for Facility Engineer Section
