Job summary

Cooper University Health Care in South Jersey seeks an experienced executive administrative assistant to maintain schedules and daily clinical assignments for CRNAs and physicians in all anesthetizing locations, and to provide full coordination for the Adult Cardiothoracic Anesthesia Fellowship.

The position also assists in coordinating the Anesthesiology Residency Program and provides comprehensive administrative support to the department of anesthesiology.

Qualifications

• 5 years executive level administrative assistant experience
• Previous experience in academic medicine, residency/fellowship coordination, or GME highly desirable
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
