  • Serve as primary administrative resource for approximately 100 employees by managing communications, distributing updates, preparing reports, and coordinating cross-departmental requests.
  • Manage purchasing, supply orders, vendor coordination and expense tracking; assist with budget documentation and financial reconciliation.
  • Provide general administrative support including document creation, data entry, scanning, routing forms, maintaining shared drives and email lists, and supporting daily clinic administrative needs.

Modes of Work
