PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITY
Under the direction of the management team of Collections Training/Education, the Administrative Assistant I (AA1) performs administrative functions for Collections and Education. This position initiates files, tracks, and files training documentation, produces printed copies of training material for collections training classes, assists with ordering printed copies of training materials, and orders and inventory supplies.
The AA1 prepares Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel documents, answers phones, takes notes at staff meetings, provides support for Mobile Collections scheduling, and assists with any other administrative support duties within the departments. The AA1 works on a wide range of matters, where strict confidentiality is expected.
The position may be required to work overtime, and/or float to other areas. Regular full-time attendance is required during normal working hours.
QualificationsEDUCATION
High School Diploma or equivalent
EXPERIENCE
Minimum of 3 years of work experience in an administrative assistant position or in a regulated environment
