  • May provide support to other jobsites as well as voucher invoices as necessary.
  • Schedules appointments, meetings and travel.
  • Will coordinate services such as maintenance, repairs, supplies, etc. for the assigned area.
  • Will review, compose and answer correspondence as well as distribute mail accordingly.
Minimum Job Requirements
  • Construction experience preferred.
  • Good communication skills, self-motivated and able to work well under pressure.
  • Good telephone etiquette.
  • High school graduate or equivalent education.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years secretarial experience.
  • Proficient use of all Microsoft Office Suite programs.
