Job Overview

This is a casual position with standard business hours. Under direct supervision, provides general administrative support to a department or group of professionals.

Responsibilities
  1. Order office supplies and maintain office equipment.
  2. Assist in preparing presentations, including editing, printing, and formatting.
  3. Sort, distribute, prioritize, and compose routine correspondence following established procedures.
  4. Perform clerical functions such as copying, sorting, filing, and typing. Maintain office files and records.
  5. Research, draft, and analyze routine reports and compile basic information.
  6. Answer, screen, and route calls and messages; respond to routine questions.
  7. Maintain supervisor’s calendar, schedule meetings, and prepare for conferences.
  8. Greet and direct visitors appropriately.
Qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Up to one year of administrative experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Knowledge of business processes and procedures.
  • Basic reasoning skills.
