Lilly in Indianapolis is seeking an ADME/SLOT Discovery Operations Scientist to advance the ADME discovery portfolio. You will coordinate CRO study activities, manage data integrity, and support vendor oversight within the SLOT and ADME Specimen Management functions.

Responsibilities include coordinating bioanalytical study activities, reviewing study requests and vendor deliverables, preparing reports, maintaining data templates, and reconciling invoices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific field; 3+ years in lab, CRO, or pharma operations; eligible to work in US.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate bioanalytical study activities with internal/external partners; track status and resolve issues.
• Manage intake, submission, and quality review of bioanalysis study requests and vendor deliverables.
• Prepare bioanalytical study reports, including data compilation and summaries.
• Maintain data repositories and templates for organizing and archiving ADME data.
• Reconcile vendor invoices and track financials; confirm study completion before approval.
• Partner with procurement, quality, and operations for vendor oversight and compliance.
• Support capacity planning, forecasting, and resource alignment with external partners.
• Contribute to metrics, dashboards, and reporting to monitor performance.
• Help reconcile vendor commitments against utilization; support governance and renewals.
• Maintain strong vendor relationships and escalate issues as needed.
