College of Western Idaho is seeking Adjunct Faculty for the Math Solutions Center to work one-on-one with students, lead college prep math classes, and coach students through their math pathways at Ada or Nampa campuses.
MSC Adjunct Faculty are part-time, non-rank-eligible positions. Most duties are in-person on campus with morning through Saturday availability during fall and spring semesters; relocation is not required.

In this position, you will have the opportunity to work one‑on‑one with students, lead college prep math classes, and provide coaching to help them navigate their math pathway. Whether it’s through direct instruction, personalized guidance, or encouragement along their educational journey, you’ll play a vital role in empowering students to achieve their goals.

Bachelor's degree in Math or Math Education and at least 3 years of experience teaching either junior/high school or community college level math courses OR
Bachelor’s degree in education with a math or science emphasis OR
Bachelor's degree in a math-heavy discipline and at least 5 years of experience teaching/tutoring either high school or community college-level math courses

Math Solutions Center (MSC) Adjunct Faculty are part-time, non-rank-eligible positions. The MSC supports students preparing for college-level math classes. Students can take a college prep math class through the MSC, receive one‑on‑one math coaching and assistance, and take a Placement test at one of our locations. During fall and spring semesters, the MSC is open in two locations, Monday through Saturday.
Most positions at CWI are in-person and based on campus. All candidates must reside within, or be willing to relocate to, a reasonable commuting distance from CWI. Employment visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
