Position Summary

Provide quality instruction in mathematics in blended and online formats.

Responsibilities

• Promote student success and social justice within the division and college.
• Prepare students for careers or further education.
• Maintain a safe, respectful, and inclusive learning environment.
• Deliver courses in multiple formats: in-person, online, hybrid/blended, or on-site training.
• Develop instructional design activities and curriculum.
• Monitor student progress and conduct evaluations.
• Provide one-on-one guidance and support critical thinking development.
• Organize, develop, and assess outcomes-based curriculum.
• Provide academic referrals and participate in program-related initiatives.
• Complete required college training.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Mathematics OR Master’s with 18 graduate semester credits in Mathematics.
• Eligibility for WTCS Faculty Quality Assurance System requirements.

Preferred

• Prior teaching experience.
