County College of Morris invites qualified adjuncts for the Music, Performing Arts and Music Technologies Department to teach MUS:251 Sound Reinforcement. This course covers set-up and operation of equipment for live sound events, from musical performances to theater, providing practical audio training for students pursuing professional work.

Adjunct faculty are expected to create a dynamic teaching/learning environment aligned with the department’s outlines.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Music required.
• Prior college or university teaching experience preferred, with evidence of scholarly and/or professional activities.

Responsibilities

• Teach MUS:251 Sound Reinforcement in the Music, Performing Arts & Music Technologies Department.
• Create a dynamic teaching/learning environment aligned with department course outlines; deliver sections as scheduled (Wednesday 3:30–6:15pm in Fall).
