Grand Rapids Community College seeks an adjunct faculty member to teach Recording Technology courses in the Music Department. The role involves delivering courses such as Basic Studio Techniques, Advanced Studio Techniques, Live Sound Reinforcement, and MIDI sequencing, across Hybrid, Online, and Virtual modalities.

The candidate should hold a Bachelor's in Music with 5+ years of professional experience, be proficient with Reaper or Logic Pro, and have knowledge of DANTE and current recording

Competenze

• Bachelor's Degree in Music with at least 5 years of professional experience.
• Experience with larger format recording/live sound audio consoles, including current audio interfaces and DANTE setup.
• Proficiency with Reaper or Logic Pro; live sound experience with ethernet-based interfaces and DANTE setups.
• Knowledge of current microphones and recording devices.

• Teach Recording Technology courses in the Music Department.
