Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Required Education
  • Graduate of a two‑part, structured program in phlebotomy consisting of didactic & laboratory, and clinical training; provide current phlebotomy certification recognized by NAACLS.
  • Associate degree and/or 2‑5 years work experience in the field of study.
  • Bachelor’s degree and/or 6‑10 years work experience in the field of study and/or credentialed in the field of study.
  • Master’s degree and/or 11‑15 years work experience in the field of study and/or credentialed in the field of study.
  • Doctorate degree and/or 16+ years work experience in the field of study and/or credentialed in the field of study.
Required Experience
  • Minimum of 100 hours of clinical experience in the field; current phlebotomy certification recognized by NAACLS.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
