Belmont University invites applications for a temporary part-time Program Assistant – CMPA in the College Music & Performing Arts. The role supports adjunct coordination and endowed scholarship management, working with Associate Deans and unit heads.

The supervisor is the Associate Dean for Academic Excellence. The position is limited to 20 hours per week for roughly 38 weeks across fall and spring semesters (August–mid-December, January–May).

Formación

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution required.
• Experience with Microsoft products (Teams and Excel) including mail merge, v-lookup, and pivot tables.
• Experience with databases; Banner and Argos familiarity preferred.
• Proven problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service with strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations.
• Ability to collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• 70% – Adjunct Coordinator: manage hiring and onboarding of adjunct faculty, collect documentation and contracts, serve as communication liaison, oversee term start/end processes.
• 30% – Endowed Scholarship Coordinator: manage endowed scholarship awards, create submission processes, oversee eligibility and re-awards.
