Widener University’s Robotics Engineering Program is currently seeking highly qualified adjunct faculty to teach undergraduate and graduate courses in topics such as engineering techniques, object‑oriented programming, programmable logic controller, control of robotic systems, mechatronics, artificial intelligence, robot operating system, machine learning, and mobile robots.
Part‑time adjunct faculty may instruct 1 to 3 courses each semester on an “as needed” basis. Courses are offered during the day. Adjunct faculty are expected to:
Required qualifications include a minimum of a Bachelor of Science degree in Robotics Engineering, Mechatronics, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Computer Science, along with at least ten years of industry experience.
