West Virginia Junior College in Morgantown invites an Adjunct Radiologic Technology Lab Faculty to support the Radiologic Technology Program Director and faculty. Labs occur at WVJC-Morgantown and Mon Health Medical Center, on select Saturdays from 7:30am to 4:30pm, providing hands-on instruction and student supervision.

Qualifications

• Graduates of an accredited radiography program with a baccalaureate degree and ARRT certification in radiography.
• Minimum of two years of full-time clinical experience in diagnostic radiography.
• Proficient in course development, instruction, evaluation, and academic advising.

Responsibilities

• Assist in assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of the radiologic technology curriculum.
• Develop strategies to teach the curriculum and support course delivery.
• Provide teaching, supervision, and academic advisement of students.

Lab location is Morgantown, WV. Labs are held at West Virginia Junior College-Morgantown and Mon Health Medical Center. Labs are held on specific Saturdays (not all Saturdays) from 7:30am-4:30pm.

Job Purpose

Assist the Radiologic Technology Program Director and other faculty members in the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of the curriculum; to develop strategies to teach the curriculum; and assist in the implementation of the course through teaching, supervising, and provision of academic advisement of students.

Qualifications

Graduates of an accredited radiography program, hold a baccalaureate degree, and have a current ARRT certification in radiography or equivalent with a minimum of two years of full-time clinical experience in diagnostic radiography. Proficient in course development, instruction, evaluation, and academic advising.
