Eastern Washington University invites applications for an adjunct (part-time) faculty position on the Cheney campus. Teaching may be in-person or online depending on the discipline and department.
Responsibilities include delivering inclusive instruction, providing timely feedback and accessible grading, and aligning delivery with EWU standards and curriculum framework. A Master’s degree or higher and prior teaching experience are preferred, with equity-centered pedagogy emphasized.
Applications are currently being accepted for adjunct (part-time) faculty on a continuous basis. All faculty are expected to engage in effective teaching and assessment of student learning. During the application process you will let us know your preferred teaching disciplines and methods. Demonstrated expertise is required for teaching in the discipline associated with appointment as an adjunct faculty member. Depending on the discipline and department, teaching may be in-person or online.
