Posting Summary

The Executive Master's Program in Change Leadership (XMA) prepares students for leadership roles with a specific focus on change leadership in organizations. The XMA curriculum, grounded in relevant theory and research, has a specific emphasis on application in its delivery to a diverse cohort of mid- to senior-level executives.

In this approach, theory and research inform practice, and practice informs theory and research. The program values adjunct faculty who bring significant professional experience to the classroom. Adjunct faculty play an important role in connecting theory with real-world practice and preparing students for meaningful careers in organizations.

Job Summary/Basic Function
  • Teach a graduate level course in the Summer and/or Fall semester.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Doctorate in industrial or organizational psychology or related field

  • Excellent team player and strong interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Certified coach (for candidates specializing in executive coaching)
  • Prior university teaching experience
Salary Range

$4250-$8500
