Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing or graduate degree in support of nursing/education with a Bachelor’s in Nursing.
• A nursing program director must hold a graduate degree in nursing or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate student learning through mentoring in lab and clinical settings.
• Collaborate with colleagues to foster inclusive, equitable learning environments.
• Design and revise nursing curriculum with equity-minded, student-centered approach.
