Job summary

Virginia Commonwealth University’s School of Pharmacy is seeking an adjunct instructor to teach a 1-credit hour elective on pharmaceutical industry fellowship preparation for Spring 2027. The course will equip second and third year PharmD students with fellowship knowledge and skills, with potential remote or in-person delivery.

Responsibilities include developing the syllabus, delivering content, utilizing Canvas LMS, grading assignments, and submitting grades.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree required.
• Completed fellowship training in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong written and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop the course syllabus and content for a 1-credit hour elective.
