NorthWest Arkansas Community College (NWACC) is building a pool of qualified part-time and substitute instructors to teach Behavioral Sciences courses: Psychology, Sociology, and Anthropology. Positions are available days, evenings, and weekends, with a rate of pay of $765 per credit hour.

Applications are accepted continuously and reviewed when openings arise, with re-application required yearly to stay active in the system.

Future teaching assignments are on a term-by-term basis, which may include fall, spring, and summer. NorthWest Arkansas Community College is seeking qualified applicants to establish a pool for part-time and/or substitute instructors to teach courses in Behavioral Sciences: Psychology, Sociology, and Anthropology.

Rate of pay: $765 per credit hour

• Knowledge of the organization and administration of various higher education academic
• and social programs.
• Knowledge of campus and community resources.
• Knowledge of state, federal, and campus rules, regulations, and requirements related to
• campus academic and social programs.
• Ability to coordinate the activities of campus academic and/or social programs.
• Ability to evaluate collected information and formulate into recommendations.
• Ability to compile information into report form.
