Job Summary: The Adjunct Instructor of Nursing is a part-time, as-needed appointment that supports the School of Nursing in achieving program and student learning outcomes through instruction in the laboratory, clinical, and classroom settings. Adjunct faculty report to the lead course instructor and the Department Chair of Nursing. The teaching load is dependent on scheduling and course needs each semester; continued assignment is not guaranteed. Adjunct faculty are expected to maintain clinical competence and currency in their assigned teaching areas. An earned Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) is required.
