Nursing Adjunct-Minot

STATUS

Part-time, non-benefited

JOB DESCRIPTION

Dakota College at Bottineau (DCB) is seeking an adjunct instructor to assist with clinical and lab courses to undergraduate students at the Minot site. The persons selected for the position will be responsible for planning, implementation, teaching, and evaluating student learning in the clinical and lab setting. This person will also be responsible for nursing skills assessment and clinical supervision. This position requires strong organizational skills, technical and professional writing skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

A Bachelor of Science in Nursing is required. One year of nursing experience and a current ND nursing license.

QUALIFICATIONS PREFERRED

A Master of Science Nursing is preferred. A Master of Science Nursing, Nursing Education, or related area, or currently enrolled in a master's degree program with an education plan approved by the CNE which will allow completion of the master's degree program within three years.

SALARY

$40/hour for BSN and $45/hour for MSN
