Galen College of Nursing seeks an Adjunct Nursing Faculty to facilitate learning across classroom, lab, and clinical settings at our Nashville site. You will assess student progress, participate in curriculum development, and help ensure program outcomes meet regulatory standards.

The role requires an RN license, an MSN degree, and at least two years of clinical RN experience. Commitment to our compassionate care model and flexible scheduling is expected.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the applicable state.
• MSN degree required; BSN may be considered depending on campus needs.
• Minimum of two years of clinical RN experience.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate learning and learner development in classroom, lab, and clinical settings.
• Assess and evaluate student learning and program outcomes.
• Participate in curriculum development, implementation, and evaluation.
• Ensure compliance with state board of nursing and accrediting bodies.
• Maintain current professional practice knowledge.
