Del Mar College seeks an adjunct instructor to provide instruction in non-destructive testing (NDT) using a mix of lab, lecture, and modeling. The program covers Liquid Penetrant, Magnetic Particle, Eddy Current, Radiography, and Ultrasonic methods, with expectation to obtain Level-II certification in all five disciplines.

Candidate must have an Associate’s degree in NDT or 10 years of documented experience, plus Level-II certification previously and the ability to re-certify within six months

Formación

• Associate’s degree in Non-Destructive Testing or 10 years of documented work experience.
• Level-II certification at one time and ability to re-certify within six months of hire.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide Instruction in various Non-destructive Testing (NDT) methods via lab, lecture, and modeling.
• Instructor shall have working knowledge of all five NDT disciplines and training in ASNT SNT-TC-TC1A and NAS-410.

Educación
