Job summary

VCU College of Humanities and Sciences, Department of Mathematics and Statistics, is recruiting a pool of adjunct faculty for upcoming semester course sections with the Department of Mathematics and Statistics. This pool will be utilized on an as-needed basis. Your application will remain active until June 2027.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in mathematics or a related field.
• Demonstrated teaching experience in mathematics.

Responsibilities

• Follow all designated course instruction guidelines.
• Attend course coordination and department meetings as your schedule permits.
• Grade assignments and exams in a timely manner based on instructions/rubric provided.
• Respond to student inquiries within 24 hours.
• Submit final grades according to College and Department policies.
